For a month-long RV trip over the summer, I dehydrated the vegetables and then sealed them with the vacuum sealer. Pro tip put some parchment paper inside the sealer bag so that the crispy dehydrated vegetables don’t poke a hole and destroy your vacuum seal.

Great video, thanks for sharing ideas for storing produce and reducing food waste. I do not store raw potatoes in the refrigerator because it increases levels of acrylamide, a carcinogenic substance. I just buy enough potatoes for 1 week so they stay fresh.
