How would you use key frames for effects? For example, if you wanted to blur something gradually over say...5 seconds, but without moving it. Is there something in the blur effect menu that addresses this, or can you set effect specific key frames somehow? Cheers.

Hi bro I’m confused how to put only a certain amount of blur. Such as if I want no blur from time 0:00 0:10 seconds and blur from 0:10 to 0:14 how do I do that. Plz help
