7:03 when you say you ty to schedule back to back meetings, how many meetings a day and which job titles are in this meeting, it sounds like you are in a way higher ranking since you are the one scheduling these instead of them? 2. why not do the tasks first and meetings after? 3. why not do meetings every other hour to then work on the tasks for at least an hour? 4. are there meetings more important than others that eventually have to come first in the morning where the others can wait til late afternoons?

Actually, I'm a science graduate but having experience in international marketing. I wish to have career change by becoming a PO but I do not have IT knowledge. Hence I'm following some course related to full stack development and wish to do a project management course as well. What would you recommend for furthur studies to pursue PO career.
