I know at least 15 people in my life who use a CPAP machine...
People avoid doing a Sleep Study because they refuse to admit they need CPAP..
It's actually a very simple life saver!

I have sleep apnea. It's very scary to be asleep and you stop breathing and you can't wake up. Once that happened to you you will never skip going to sleep without your CPAP machine.
