As a Black woman working in DEI, and as a person who has been helping bridge cultural divides since childhood, I have a really unique perspective to offer and a lot of knowledge to share. My hope is that this channel helps inspire others to achieve their goals, think outside of the box, and just... thrive, as you see fit!

Be well!

HR positions specializing in DEI are proportionally experiencing a higher rate of layoffs. Finally things are heading in the right direction.

I'm looking forward to DEI becoming ever increasingly marginalized and recognized as the decisive ideology that it is.

The most important aspect of the job is: to justified why your boss should waste any money on you

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion sound like wonderful things on paper, but the entire point of DEI is maximizing superficial diversity, where everyone looks different, but everyone also thinks exactly the same. In one word, tokenism.

Requirements for working in D.I.E:
1. Ability to discriminate due to in colour
2. Ability to discriminate due to sexual preference or orientation
3. Ability to ignore qualifications and experience to focus on virtue signalling and quota filling.
4. Need to divert heteronormitive people from employment or promotion opportunities to promote hiring and promotion of members of the LGB community
5. Need to include underqualified or sub par employees in positions they are not best suited to in order to present as good employers on Twitter
6. Desire for equity rather than equality in pay structures, hiring practices or company culture in order to appease the radical left, for whom no amount of effort to become "woke" will be enough.

I'm all for diversity and equality. Just so long as the equality is not a demand for an equality of outcome. If ever that should raise its ugly head, I no longer want the diversity. It has become a negative.

Thank you for making this video! It is crazy to me seeing these comments and the way people think.

So much hate and people with too much time. I can only hope they start using their time more wisely and challenge them to make one connection outside their norm. For you are who you are from past experiences and environment.

A story of a man who fought for equality. I found Chief Judge of the Ottoman Empire Mullah Ali (late sixteenth to early seventeenth centuries). A truly exceptional man.
A native of Ethiopia, he was enslaved at a young age and later presented to the first chief harem eunuch (term 1574-1591) who manumitted him and set him on the path to a judicial career. In his treaties, drawing heavily on Arabophone authors of earlier centuries who addressed this topic, Mullah Ali attempts to counter widespread popular belief in the "curse of Ham", which had been adapted by early Muslim theologians from the story in the Torah book of Genesis. According to the Muslim version of the story, Noah's son Ham mocks Noah for exposing his nakedness during a drunken stupor; on awakening, Noah curses Ham with black skin and declares that his descendants will serve those of his two brothers, Shem and Japheth, as slaves. Mullah Ali takes pains to demonstrate that the skin colors of the world's various peoples were created equal, and that piety and good deeds measure a person's worth.
He rose to such power that a French ambassador described him as the person who truly ran the empire.

Very interesting comments on this video. Thank you, Adriele Parker, for leaving the comments on this open. I think the recent challenges to DEI, as an institution purporting support for positive systemic change, have been very helpful at illuminating the background and unspoken aims of those supporting and framing DEI. The motte-and-bailey is being understood in the simplest ways. I hope you learn the well-reasoned perspectives of key experts of what you may wittingly or unwittingly support… I think the detractors of DEI run amok have done an excellent job exposing the underbelly of an institution that works tirelessly to appear innocuous. Think; James Lindsay, Bret Weinstein, Peter Boghossian, Jordan Peterson, Nicholas Christakis and countless others. Thanks to DEI overreach, the population is sitting up and taking notice. The comments here show it.

Diversity: Conformity of thought to support the "oppressed identity groups"

Inclusion: Exclusion of the "oppressive identity group" by punishing any real or perceived conflict with members of the "oppressed identity group"

Equity: Inequality of treatment of identity groups to ensure "equality of outcome"

You need skills for lifelong welfare? Equity, diversity, and inclusion is just that: lifetime welfare with watered down standards (If any) for thee. Free education, free career (Can’t be fired) for life. Must be nice to be a protected class, with a lifetime of freebies.
