Thank you Morgan for asking about Bostic. I love Steve, but Bostic mentioned pausing rates which immediately sent the market blasting up. It was worth discussing because Bostic just created massive liquidity with his careless (and non-voting) comments - the opposite of what the Fed wants to do.

8.3 trillion dollars on the Fed balance sheet is your inflation. It going to take years to run that kind of money off the balance sheet. So inflation is here to stay.

Is Bostic the guy against whom an investigation started re traders behind him? Every time I look at the tape while he is talking I have a feeling that he is making some comments for purpose to move markets. Eg that “pause” today. Can anybody control what they are saying? Especially statements like that? I have no complaints re my trading but it’s really mindless from persons of that level to talk about pause when there is no final rate yet. He is not the one to decide by himself.
