Aquaman - Aquarium scene - Aquaman at age 9

In 1985 Maine, lighthouse keeper Thomas Curry rescues Atlanna, the queen of the underwater nation of Atlantis, during a storm. They eventually fall in love and have a son named Arthur, who is born with the power to communicate with marine lifeforms. Atlanna is forced to abandon her family and return to Atlantis, entrusting to her advisor, Nuidis Vulko, with the mission of training Arthur. Under Vulko's guidance, Arthur becomes a skilled warrior but rejects Atlantis upon learning that Atlanna was executed for having a half-breed son.

This never fails to give me goosebumps. Seeing all the creatures of the sea gathers around little Arthur really made me smile. This scene just made Aquaman even more memorable and it also made him the true King Of The Ocean.

Edit: And that's one of the reasons why I love the power of talking to animals.

The story, sequels, CGI are the secondary things. These are type of the scenes for which we watch superhero films. This scene sends a strong anti-bullying message, something that is more relatable to people in general. That's the exact reason why Sam Raimi's Spiderman trilogy will remain immortal and many of the recently released superhero films will be forgotten in no time.
