In a recent tweet, Elon Musk commented on Harold Daggett's impressive yacht, igniting a conversation about wealth and union leadership. While Musk stated he has "zero problem" with Daggett, he also expressed concern about the implications for American workers. The discussion highlights how union leaders, despite their wealth, may inadvertently hurt their members by prolonging negotiations that leave workers without immediate financial relief. As longshoremen face uncertainty, the pressure to pay bills becomes paramount, revealing the vulnerabilities in union tactics.

I remember working in the union when Bill Clinton raised the minimum wage I had to interact with the local rep and I remember him coming in cold chains around his neck, gold rings and bracelets. He was probably wearing $2000 worth of jewelry. He claims a represent those who are making minimum wage, I remember calling him out on it. I didn’t keep my job much longer.

I’m going to venture a guess and say that Union boss is crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

Only in government and politics do ppl make 30% cuts 70% union pay raise demands... Like what, businesses never rock the boat more than 3% in a given quarter

So funny we forgot to laugh. With all the devastation around us. Maybe it's time to get out of that little studio and go help people around you.
