1) BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF : reality is not terrific, but we imagine it as horrific

2) BE CALM I MIND: try to share your feelings with a beloved person, if you don't know anyone then talk with God

2) success mantra : People reject themself, change this attitude, believe in your self
3) stop worrying : the source of unhappiness is imagining negative . most of Diseases are due to worrieness.
4)solving problems : with anger or pressure mind become empty , just think of problem, be relax, have good sleep, subconscious mind gives good ideas
