I have lived through so many ups and downs since the first time I invested in the late 1980's and every time I was hoping the system would revert to the fundamentals. Instead the Fed has taken more and more control by using debt - something they have an infinite supply of. In 2007 I pulled out of the markets and was going to get back in when fundamentals made sense. Nothing has made since since QE changed the game. The key no one talks about is the bond market. As long as lower interest rates make bonds worth more the central banks have total power forever. Unless this changes it will be pump and dump with an upward trend forever.

My advice to any would be stacker today is only invest a small amount of your net worth in metals, its a gruelling grind and very disappointing 99% of the time. You will only need it if the system completely collapses
