I have made a project which is MOD 60 Counter ( 00 - 59 ) with 7 segmant display and 4026 IC. In next video I'll upload MOD 12 Counter ( 00 - 11 ), MOD 24 ( 00 - 23 ), 12 Hour Digital Clock with AM & PM indication, 24 Hour Digital clock, MOD 20 Counter ( 00 - 19 ), MOD 40 Counter ( 00 - 39).
Here i have used 4060 Frequency divider IC to generate Accurate 1Hz Clock pulse signal but you can use 555 timer IC (Astable Mod).

This circuit can be easily made at home. You can made it too. It take some component to make it which I used.
1. 4026 IC ( 2 Pcs)
2. 7 Segment Display Common Cathode ( 2 Pcs )
3. 1N 4007 Diod ( 3 Pcs )
4. 100K resistor
5. 330 Ohm Resistor
6. Some Jumper Wire
7. Bradeboard
