12:31 Congress should be very embarrassed, at their handling of this National Debt Raising stuff. In most normal Families, people look hard thru the year at what money they have and make spending decisions according, BUT Congress by comparison just keeps writing spending Bills, with seemingly no or little awareness of the lack of available money, and when the money is about to run out, they just raise the "National Debt Limit". This would be like a Family, if they did a somewhat similar thing like Congress does every few years, would go out and get 2-5 more Credit cards.
