SAO:Fatal Bullet - VERY EFFICIANT Affinity Farm (Requirement for True Ending)

Actual Method begins at 4:10

An Efficiant Method of farming affinity through revives earlier on in the game using a Cannon enemy to down your squad mates. Basically identical to a potentially more useful and AFK-able method I have seen on Youtube but this one you can take advantage of earlier on in the game. In the video I explain the purpose and show the location and method of how to take advantage of this Affinity farm for anyone looking to get the True Ending of the game.

If my calculations are right, it's a total of roughly 80 or so revives per squad mate to get maximum affinity. Sounds like we still have our work cut out for us.

Oh well. If it gets me that true ending...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

Out of curiosity I did my typical farming route of doing laps around the oasis in solitary sands against yours. I got a level and a half of affinity starting from level 0 in 14min but I also got 40 legendary accessory pieces. (I'm level 80) While your method is technically faster. I get a lot more profit thanks to the legendary drops. However you do have to spend 1mil on the cologne and then around 300k on the appraisals. Though I made 8mil after deducting the money spent back after selling those pieces. (On normal difficulty) I appreciate the video and the time you took to do this.

I would advice to use the cannon farm as soon as you unlock the dungeon. The higher your level get, the longer you’ll have to wait for the cannon to kill your party. If you actually went ahead and maxed your level out then all that left is just dungeon grinding cuz at that point the Omni cannon whatever won’t even pack a punch.

also you can use the shield matrix skill to not take damage and cause it to hit the rest of the party

Im also very glad to see that this video was helpful to atleast a majority of you! I havnt played in a little while now so im not sure if people have found EXACTLY all of the ACTUAL requirements for the true ending, but if not, I believe I know atleast one of the requirements which actually technically makes it impossible to earn on your first playthrough. By watching this video, I actually discovered that the mech you destroyed at 4:43 is the safest and very fast way to farm affinity. He has no ranged attacks and there's a safe ledge you can watch from as everyone else is on standby/no action and just stomps them down, you split your party so one member is in one location and the other two are in another spot, and as he goes between them you just heal the downed ones.

The nostalgic echo key item helps alot too which I have it makes affinities with everyone easier to raise you can buy it from Argo after meeting certain conditions during the game and I believe it's about 10-20mil roughly but its worth it

I think this is probly still a solid way to do it, so still a helpful vid. Only thing is here 2 yrs later, they've apparently put an update that nerfed the 5% per revive down to only 2%. I really dont know why, because as you said, you can run around for an hour ish grinding uniques and only go up like 20 to 25%, affinity grind is basically this games biggest downfall, imo, cause I've had a blast with it until learning I had to do this to get true ending.

I found out that you also get a good amount of affinity for completing a dungeon with your party. So I revived them a lot then completed the dungeon afterwards and it all worked out

To make it easy to kill the double artillery at first without agro other artilleries is to kill it with sword. And you can gathered the other first b4 agroing the big gun.

And if we kill both small artilleries without killing the big one and go back to the teleporter, it'll reset back and the minions and we can complete the sub quest "defeat 6 double artilleries" easier.
