I have tried to engrave a tile with designs. It’s a gray ish color using longer ray5 20w but nothing showed up. The image was too light hardly noticeable. Any advice please? I appreciate it. Thank you

My question is how much is the 10 watt upgrade module? I looked on their website and could not find any info or pricing.
