Yoga for Grounding: Find Strength and Calm in Times of Stress & Overwhelm
Показать описание
A guided yoga practice for moments of stress and overwhelm.
Find strength and reconnect to your center with this smooth, slow moving yoga practice focused on breathing, feeling and being present with yourself.
Let go of the voice (or voices) of anxiety in your mind and use this time to focus on what you feel. . .especially in your low back, legs, hips - those parts that literally connect you to the earth.
Learn to use your breath to self-soothe and reconnect to your body to come out feeling a little more steady and better able to handle the challenges around you.
