So the backpack mod, Sophistocated Backpacks, has a jukebox upgrade. Some mobs can spawn with backpacks, and they ALWAYS have a jukebox upgrade with a random disc. They're also always buffed and armored and have increased health, making them harder to kill, but that's also a free backpack, upgrade, disc, and loot.
