In this video I make the biggest announcement of my career - the launch of Flash Masters! I couldn't be more excited and proud to make this announcement.

My partner Helen and I have been working on Flash Masters for months now and we are so pleased that we can finally start to tell you all about it!

Flash Masters will recognise and celebrate the world's best flash photography through both awards and also education.
