Trying to do 0-100 on such harsh conditions is just insane. Don't be surprised if you do it again when the road is dry you will do it with at least 1 second faster

How not to do it. Put it in “S” mode and you don’t need to floor it or get the revs ANYWHERE near the redline. I had one of these, it could fly with very little effort even on hilly roads. No lack of power and no straining the engine whatsoever.
