Learning from mistakes

While no one likes making mistakes, our brain uses mistakes to help us change our behaviour - trying something different helps us to find better solutions in future. Making mistakes is good because it helps us to learn. The BReal project from the University of Oxford aims to engage teenagers with evidence-based science and practices of stress resilience.
