Arduino Due + Waveshare 2.8 LCD-TFT in Microchip Studio 7

Hi, in this video:
- example project for the Waveshare 2.8 LCD-TFT,
- printing basic self-made fonts as strings,
- fixing xpt2046 imprecise touch problem from the previous lcd video,
- setting up a simple interface.

The screen uses ST7789 lcd driver which is compatible with ILI9341 so we use the files from the previous video.

The XPT2046 screen coordinates use now preassure read for better position averaging.
