As a Warriors fan the disrespect towards Steph doesn't bother me one bit. His career is far from over and with how well the Warriors franchise is run and set up he is not done collecting accomplishments, even if they don't win these finals. Great players of every sport are always hated on during their career due to comparisons, but when it's all said and done he will get the respect he rightly deserves, the way Shaq so eloquently gives it here.

I love hearing Shaq talk about why he thinks Steph is so awesome. Normally, the older big guys don't like smaller guys cause they think they can be bullied. And they always look at current bigs compared to themselves. Like, Shaq sees guys like embiid and he says, "psh, I could do that." But he's said that he takes one look at what Steph does and he says, " oh there's no WAY I'd have ever been able to do ANYTHING like that. Idk what we would've done about it either."
