Girl, I you on the Mac sentimental stuff. When Mac started selling in China in 2012 it's what made me begin my true transition to being 100% cruelty-free. And even though I felt very strongly (and obviously still do) about only supporting CF brands, getting rid of my Mac collection was SO HARD. Mac was what ignited my love for makeup in the first place! I have at this point gotten rid of it all, but it took a really long time, years and years.

I vote for eyeshadows next!! I just want to see your collection 🤣🤣 I go through and purge anything I haven't opened yet to a donate/give to friends every few months. I need to go through and purge my opened stuff though, especially as I've been wearing very little makeup through the whole covid-19 frenzy. LOL I realized the other day when I did actually go to wear one of my cream shadows that it was dried up as a mother so I chucked it.

Great job so far! If you’re looking for a place to discard products you don’t or can’t give away and you live near Nordstrom, they have a box in store that allows you to recycle beauty product packaging! It’s in partnership with Terracycle - if you search it should tell you which stores are participating and gives details about what types of packaging they accept. Great program and makes you feel a little less bad about discarding old products!

Becca Cosmetics will be closing this year on September. I would recommend keeping any Becca products, like their highlighters💛
