There's actually one more! In "Nothing Left to Lose" Cass says "Just in case you think of escaping" which is a callback to when Gothel tells Eugene "Just in case you get any ideas of following us" in the climax of Tangled. It's obviously not a whole scene, and it was a kind of subtle reference, but the framing is the same and the lines are similar enough to make me believe it was intentional :).
