( Small Correction in the video:
President may appoint a non-member of Federal parliament as minister on the recommendation of the Prime Minister according to Article 78 of the Constitution of Nepal. However, such person must obtain membership of the Federal Parliament within six months from the date of taking oath otherwise he/she shall lose the post of ministry. Critics often argues that this provision has also paved the way of recruiting only those person who are near and dear to the Prime Minister.)
