This chicken caesar salad is beyond incredible and is easy to put together. Its packed with protein, and the flavours and textures within this simple salad are amazing. The caesar dressing is what makes this salad so spectacular. Please enjoy.

Makes - 5 Containers

Ingredients -

Salad -

3 - Cos or Romaine Lettuces, Shredded (Chiffonade) & Washed
3 - Chicken Breasts, Butterflied & Filleted
5-6 - Rashers Bacon, Sliced
5 - Sliced Bread of Choice, Torn
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Olive Oil for Chicken
2 tsp (10ml) - Olive Oil for Bread
Seasoning To Taste

Recipe Notes -

Croutons -

I put the croutons in the salad but they will become slightly soggy from the moisture in the lettuce. To best preserve them, place them into a separate container and add them in along with the dressing when ready to serve.

Chicken Seasoning -

I don't recommend seasoning it any more than with some onion and garlic powder as anything more won't work with the caesar dressing.

Additional Ingredients -

You can also add boiled eggs or poached eggs to this salad for increased protein intake.

I had quite a laugh over using banana bread for croutons! 😂 The salad looks really good—it’s a favorite!

Looks great but I would keep the croutons separate and add them each day with the dressing

Your last video for mushrooms on toast with hollandaise seems to have disappeared! I was going to make it for supper. Help!

I like to cover my chicken before I smash it.
