Hi Stephanie! Culinary school graduate here! Try putting milk in a saucepan and heating it over the stove then when the milk is scalding hot, slowly sprinkle in your shredded mozzarella and whisk it into the milk! It will be SUPER CREAMY! It’s how I make my cheese sauce for my Mac and cheese 😊 Good luck!
