Building A Touring Pedalboard For Bass

In preparation for some upcoming touring, I had planned to have a board professionally built by Mason (The Rig Doctor) from Vertex Effects. But with schedules not quite lining up, I have to wait a little longer for that, and in the meantime build myself something that will hold up to a few weeks of touring in Europe.
I recently switched to the Cioks DC7 for my power, and am programming everything to work with the Boss ES-5 switcher, with the Line6 HX Stomp doing a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to delays, reverbs, modulation, distortion... actually, when it comes to most things. The plan is to put all of this in a Reunion Blues pedalboard bag and carry it on any flights I have to take. The weight isn't crazy at all, and the dimensions should hold up to most cabin baggage allowances.
