Love you all, have listened to you all my life. I’m 72yrs of age. Been in Oklahoma since I was 9yrs old, but was actually born 9mi down the road from you in a little town named Elwood. Met Gloria once in your store in Alexandria, but never got to meet Bill, always wanted to! Looking forward to attend the GVB Reunion in Tulsa on August 21st! Can’t wait! Keep up the Lords good work. There’s Just Something About That Name was my two babies lullaby. My son, Michael, was stationed in Hawaii while his military duty. He was in a car accident not far from Scofield Barracks. A few weeks prior to the accident he called and before we said our goodbyes he ask me to sing it to him. It felt a little strange to sing via telephone but I now believe it was a blessing from God. What comfort I have every time I hear it. The sweet assurance that Michael had Jesus on his mind and in his heart.

I used to be tormented with fear as a child, and my mom taught me that the devil has to flee if we tell him to. She taught me that there is power in His name. She also taught me this song. I would sing it every single time I got scared, and fear would leave. This song has been my anthem since I was 4 years old. Jesus knows it too, because whenever I am going through a trial, or right before, this song will be sung in church, or something. Thank you so much for allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you in writing that melody! You may never know how it has truly impacted my life!
