Emergency was brutal attack on the very foundation of Indian democracy & constitution... recently parliament passed resolution against Emergency, Hon'ble President, vice President, loksabha speaker, Hon'ble Prime minister as well many cabinet ministers reminded the nation that how youth of India was tortured while opposing Emergency for revival & survival of democracy...
3.. Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific, since long few states have given honour & monthly pension to detainees...
4.. Even after 49 years Emergency detainees are facing injustice & discrimination at National level...
5.. we need One Nation One Policy like freedom fighters at National level but .?
6.. BJP + NDA has historical duty & obligations towards democratic fighters against Emergency..
