Can words in 7 boxes be repeated?

Example. If in the first box we wrote:

'keto diet book'

then can we give the second one:

'keto diet for beginners'
?


and here the words 'keto diet' are repeated
it is known that keywords that start with the same phrase and end with a different one often refer to a product.

How strong are the keywords in your subtitle? Are they as good as the ones in your title?

Would you use the same keywords for each of your book versions or alternative ones? For example, different keywords for ebook versus the ones you use for paperback and hardcover? Or would you use the same for each?

One question though, is it allowed to have some of the same words of the title/subtitle in your 7 backend keywords? Let's say for example your title is 'Keto for Beginners' and in your backend keywords you might have 'keto diet' and 'keto recipes'. As you can see the word 'keto' in itself is used multiple times but in different combinations, I wonder if this is allowed? Thanks in advance!
