Great to see your videos are back!
I also add a monthly budget on the 'extra' school costs. Sports, activities etc as every month has different activities that can creep up on you!

Can't agree with you more about having at least two different planners! I have a career, a business, and household/personal planners, believe it or not. Because career (Legal) can be stressful, I like to keep those notes, appointments separate, while business is super fun (developing recipes, learning about small business practices). Then, Personal/Household is everything else which I try to make fun and all-encompassing.

I've always been a Planner-in-Theory. I've tried many different planners (I'm a huge fan of the Uncalendar. This year, however, I've decided to use the Clever Fox daily planner for my personal things. (I still have a Uncalendar at work for work things). I've learned that I have to look at my planner daily (I know, this seems like a no brainer). This month, I'm planning out my workout schedule. I'm also planning my budget for the month (as a teacher, I get paid once a month - but I also have more senior expenses this year for my graduating senior - so I need to plan for that). Overall, I'm excited that I'm actually physically planning instead of *just* talking about it. I love your podcast and videos, Tonya! Keep them coming.

Menus! I write the menus on a calendar and at the same time create a shopping list from a list I have written on Evernote. The menu is posted on the refrigerator, Evernote is on my phone, so I have my list when I'm at the store.

Each month I have been diligent in reviewing my budget each and every month (personal). For work I plan for what steps I'll accomplish towards my quarterly goals, how am I going to get there, this is fairly new so I'm giving myself some grace to get in the swing of things, .

I was working on doing a review of your planner which I purchased a few weeks back. I can't say enough great things about it! Chief among them is the thicker, quality paper. It's so nice to be able to write with whatever pen I want to--gel, rollerball, pigment liners, etc--and not have to worry about any ghosting on the other side. Second, and a tie for first is the colorful, but muted color scheme and the layout. Before I learned about your products, I had considered another brand, but as much as I love color and believe me, I do, those planners always seemed a bit 'juvenile' and had a plastic look about them, while yours have a more classic choice of covers. Don't get me started on..."Emily Ley"--how can something be so bland and pretty. There is no structure to her products and they just seemed of such poor quality.

So, to answer the question you posed:
1) Entertainment Tracker: In the months section, I write a short list vertically of all the subscriptions I have like Netflix, Hulu, Kindle, Google Play, etc, and make a tally as I go so that at the end of the month I can see which ones I should consider cancelling. At $9-12 a pop, that can add up, so it's good to see if you even enjoy these during the month to see if they're of value.

2) Bills :-( Most months I'm so busy that that's the only thing on my planners.

For me, it would be planning my content for different platforms. I've used block planning which is really effective.

I'm trying to step up my planning game to help reduce some of the chaos. I've been wanting to create a Monthly Home Task calendar but don't know where to start. How do you keep track of all the tasks that need to be done?!?!

I set monthly goals linked to quarterly goals as well as upcoming events. For example, I have a Board meeting in Feb., which will require a great deal of effort, as well as 2 large social events. I have a question about how to best use the monthly vision board.
