I have been an HP customer for over 30 years. I've had countless HP printers, at work and at home. This model is the worst HP has ever made. Every week I have to reset the WIFI and reconfigure it. Terrible model, HP should remove this rubbish from the market.

HP creates an app. You connected it a year or two ago. You change network: nothing in the APP can actually help you as it should be. You made my worst 10 minutes of frustration of the day into a 10 seconds solution, thanks ! lol

Thank you for this tip... A friend took his printer back to shop and they said it was dead.. I took it home with me and reset the printer and it printed first time for My friend will be happy, but not happy he paid $100 Aussie dollars to have it looked
