Took my wife back in 2017 for her birthday, I’m taking her this Saturday to celebrate our 19 year anniversary. My wife loves this place! It’s a TEXAS staple!!we had the quail and the tomahawk steak also!!

You did great with your review. I discovered this place last summer when I was making my monthly trip for treatments at MDAnderson. I also got the honor of meeting Nina and Ed Hendee the owners. Let me just say that their philosophy makes its way into all their employees…a very fine group of people. Oh yeah, the steaks are awesome!

I've been going there since it was located back in the shopping center before they built the new building. This is the absolute best steakhouse I have ever eaten at. If you live in the area, there are Texas history tours given at different times and also a school program teaching kids about Texas. Most of the items that you see around the restaurant are authentic Texas treasures.
