Judging from granny’s voice at the end, Josh NAILED the impression 😂
The way she said “You put CHOCOLATE?!” 💀
She’s a legend, hope she continues to live a long and fulfilling life

"Good if not better."

That, Josh, is the highest honour you will ever get from a grandma, full stop.

Okay but why was Josh's impression of his grandma so convincing?!

Josh: Has new Mythical Kitchen brand oven mitts.
Also Josh: Holds the scalding cast iron pot with his bare hands.

"I'm going to taste it and give harsh judgement"

I can see the sass that passed on to Josh.

My Grandma just turned 109! She’s the second oldest person in Western Australia. 🙌🙌🙌

"it's all very good darling" has the same energy as a grandma at a family reunion trying to hold up a grown up conversation while simultaneously critiquing the kids mud pies. 😂

I didn't expect Josh's impression of his grandma to be that good, I thought it was a joke until I heard her speak

I appreciate Josh as an individual and as a chef so much. He's helped me realize I can be a hot mess, distracted, burn myself, and still be a kickass chef with a gigantic heart!

Josh, I know we didn't actually see your grandma taste testing, but just hearing her was ADORABLE!!! She clearly loves you so much, I loved this episode a whole lot too :)

As a South African, the way your gran said "otherwise" sounds like the iconic Saffa-proverb: "otherwise, you well?". Made me smile! Happy 100th granny :)

I loved this video! Josh's relationship with his nan is so nice. At 20:19 where it says [indiscernable], she says "There's paper towels there incase you need it. Serviettes" :)

“You didn’t tell me about the soup”
“You didn’t listen”
You can’t win arguments with grannies!!! Awesome episode Josh.

As a South African, hearing his granny reminds me so much of mine (talk about nostalgia) .Josh really nailed his granny’s accent, especially with the strawberry 😂. That being said, would also love to see more South African influence in the “international taste test” episodes.
