That’s right. Train hard, don’t go into the gym thinking Im going to 4 sets 10 reps each 🤓

go into the gym knowing that you are going to get under that barbell and lift heavy, you dont exactly how many reps you are going to do be able to do this time, but when you get to that little pain imagine your son/daughter/loved one is about to be crushed if you fail that rep now! you better get that weight up or hold it as long as possible for them to escape!!
