I grew up with a relative who was/is a severe chronic liar. I remember hearing them tell people lies straight faced when I knew the truth. I didn’t understand and still don’t really, but because I love that person I still choose to be in their life. It’s sad when you don’t know if a person is telling you the truth or not.
