thank you Michelle, your way of teaching is easiest for me and most enjoyable, you are so relaxed and cheerful and that is very conducive to learning when the student is happy and relaxed, the mind then absorbs lessons quicker. looking forward to my trip to Italy with your help.

I have been enjoying your lessons prior to my first trip to Italy.I will be traveling to Rome and then to Venice for a wedding.I really like how you tie in with clear explanations and "hooks". If I may, you are also easy on the eyes as well

Grazie mille. This is the first video that I have found that takes us to the mille and mila and milione. I sure would not have known from other videos how to count or understand these numbers.

You put so much effort into these videos.

I hope the algorithm picks you up soon as they are great.

Ciao! Great videos. I will be in Italia with my family this coming June form about 2-3 weeks. Do you have a paid lesson package I could take?

I find it very confusing that venti loses its tail when combined with otto but cento doesn't!

To make a big compound number, do I just say all the individual pieces in sequence, with any piece under a thousand as one word and anything bigger as its own word? For example 999, 999 - is that novecentonovantanove mila novecentonovantanove?
1, 000, 001 - un millione uno?

Thank you for this video. I did the entire Duolingo Italian course and at no point did they teach me how to tell the time or how to say non-trivial numbers such as 43. Now I know. 😊
