One, South Vietnam - South Vietnam was a country in Southeast Asia that existed from 1954 to 1975. It was formed after the partition of Vietnam into two separate states and was dissolved following the fall of Saigon and the reunification of Vietnam under the communist government.

Two, East Germany - East Germany, also known as the German Democratic Republic (GDR), was a country in Central Europe that existed from 1949 to 1990. It was formed after World War II in the Soviet-occupied zone of Germany and was dissolved following the reunification of Germany in 1990.

Three, Czechoslovakia - Czechoslovakia was a country in Central Europe that existed from 1918 to 1992. It was composed of the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was dissolved following the Velvet Divorce.

Four, the Soviet Union - The Soviet Union, was a federal socialist state in Eastern Europe and northern Asia that existed from 1922 to 1991.

Five, Yugoslavia - Yugoslavia was a country in southeastern Europe that existed from 1918 to 1992.

Great Colombia which was originally composed of Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador in 1810 but soon after separated in the three Countries to this today. In 1903 Panama was a province from Colombia and seceded to become independent as well. So the former Great Colombia was the original administrative designation of four countries which still exist today.

In 1991 Slovenija, Croatia and Macedonina got independence bosnia got it in 1992 but serbia and montanegro gain independence in 2006
