Via Eater: A pair of towers is under construction in Henderson — with the type of price tag that merits the inclusion of a celebrity chef’s fancy restaurant. The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas in MacDonald Highlands is a $1.3 billion project that will open in late 2026 with 171 condos between the two high-rises. With sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline, a new restaurant from Wolfgang Puck will take up residence on one of the tower’s 25 stories.
