I can certainly hear the stress and anxiety in your voice. I remember reading about a fear of when things are going well one anticipates of some impending bad lock to happen. We were sailing on Lake Michigan with my dad, and it was a rough day. The wind wasn't where we wanted it and had to tack back and forth beating the waves for hours. I told dad it wasn't much fun...my brother was seasick, I was cold and tired of the constant barrage of waves and wind, and he said "sometimes we remember conquering the rough seas and gaining a sense of overcoming adversity more than we remember the easy and calm moonlit trips."

I don’t know if that was intentional, but I trust however dismal a day/week/etc. can get, we can gather whatever combinations of inner strength to get us through. ❤
