Good weather hits Ireland and the aftermath is absolutely disgusting. Taking the pandemic out of the equation, this is more money down the drain, getting this cleaned up. I've seen the city centre looking bad after a decent weekend, but this takes the absolute piss.

Am I the only one who thinks the lack of bins is the real problem? Every time there's an event it's the same thing, people complain about uncivilised behaviour because there's rubbish everywhere. One factor is people throwing rubbish on the ground, but the thing that always strikes me is that the bins in the images are always either overflowing or non-existent. If there are no bins, where else are people going to put their rubbish? There should be massive wheelie bins all over the place for this kind of situation. If people still throw their rubbish away, then you can complain about people being uncivilised.

It is a fact most people would turn an Oasis into a cess pit left to their own device's it is fatal to underestimate human behavior.

Fucking disgusting. But there's is one thing that help eradicate this mess or half of it aleast. In German your charged 25 cents for a can or plastic bottle and 10 cent for a glass one. You get this money back in every shop as the bottle is brought back and recycled.
Even if scumbags leave them there the junkies would do the councils work for free.
