The Peace-Stealers - James 4:1-7 - Skip Heitzig

People have been going to war for centuries. Conflicts and clashes are part of our history both as a civilization and as a nation. But there are three wars that are being fought everywhere in the world right now, even sadly among Christians. These three wars steal our peace, divide our hearts, and insult our God. James tackled these three wars head-on and told us how they can be ended.

Father God, thank you for restoring peace fully in my life, binding to hell being unequally yoked and having any common share with those who ask and take from God with wrong motives by setting one's personal pleasure as one's highest goal, binding one to know how to ask and receive rigtheously of God while binding to hell to take from or ask God with wrong motives in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ, in accordance with this word and james 4:1-7, james 1:5, 2 timothy 3:4, james 4:11-12, 1 peter 4:10-11, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah! This was my 1st time listening to you preach. I was concerned at the beginning. I wondered when you would get into the lesson. My was I blessed when you did. You made the word so easy to understand...and the ending with the movie clip made it all come together, beautifully!

Lord protect your children from bad influences. These people know who they are. Let them come to God lord these bad influences. Let them not get away from you they cannot hide let them want to know you Lord. When we're in your presence we feel special Lord. Let them know the spirit of God. Let them be surrounded by it and be joyful. Amen
