Build a SCREECH OWL puzzle

This is one of three "owl" designs from Stephan which have a nice degree of difficulty for anyone who is starting out solving burr puzzles. Screech Owl requires the most moves of the 3 owl puzzles, but still is very approachable for puzzlers of all levels.
