Well done, the small details always make or break what makes a grappling channel average or good. I do learn judo because based on my ustadz says judo is one of the sunnah self defence. Thanks master ☝... Because in my city is manymany delinquents and can not rely on the police. my ustadz also said that the best human being is someone who is useful and can share his knowledge, like you master. I have wrist issues doing morote seoi. Could you do like a top 5 list of things to avoid when doing (drop) seoi to avoid injury and guarantee the ippon?
