yo bro you can use c + (-a/2)^2 +(-b/2)^2 (all of that under the square root) so sqrt 199/2 + (-1/2)^2 + (-1/2)^2 it will give you ten

In desmos i got like 9.4 radius but you are right tho and 9.4 is wrong
