I wouldn't say this is a "fix" as it tells devs the issue has been handled (which it hasn't, it's only being modified to pass as "barely playable") and that they can continue on doing other things and not focus on that which they NEED to as it's the smoothness of the game is the CORE OF THE GAME. Also it would help to know what CPU you have so others that click the video can limit their expectations on CPU usage.

So, since YOUR CPU and ONLY YOUR CPU allows you to reach 75fps without overheating, you advise EVERYONE with a DIFFERENT PC and a DIFFERENT CPU to apply these modifications, right?

Cpu only increases wen u move strange u dont have that up on ur msi but only fps...
