ALWAYS ATTEMPT TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT DETAILS WITH THE SIGNER!

Unless the contracting company specifically tells you not to, you should ALWAYS attempt to contact the signers as soon as possible to verify the details of the signing. Sometimes mistakes are made or details are missed, and if YOU don't confirm with the signers ahead of time you may lose time and money if you go to the wrong location or all the signers aren't at the signing or if they don't have valid ID.

And if you AREN'T able to reach the signers, always contact the contracting company to make them aware and come to an agreement on the Trip and Print fee that will be paid if the signers aren't there when you arrive!
