Gamefam Keeps Breaking Roblox’s TOS.. ('Re-Stocking' UGC Limiteds)

Roblox is letting Gamefam get away with too much. Re-uploading duplicate copies of UGC Limiteds is against Roblox’s TOS but when Gamefam do it apparently it’s fine.

it's frustrating to see big studios like GameFam get away with breaking the rules while smaller creators would be banned in a heartbeat for the same thing.

Gamefam wasn't the first dev studio to do this. There was a cricket event that uploaded the same items twice without changing them; the creators of Obby But You're On A Bike also did the same thing when a Nickelodeon's cartoon event was happening in their game.

Interesting I ended up in the video in part 5:41. I did make a fair point like how does this impact Roblox if creators can just keep reuploading the same item constantly. Crazy stuff man. 💀

Roblox did say they wanted to add a restock feature, but Gamefam is 100% breaking the rules and should be terminated.

To be fair the only re-uploads I saw were just the superbowl limited ones, all the other ones you scrolled through were for different avatar versions 1.0/3.0 avatars and shoulder pals for the opposite shoulder which is fine.

I did all the quest just for it to delete and have it restocked how ridiculous imagine spending hours grinding for these items and now not owning it??!

Gamefam needs to be stopped.

The first mistake that they made is making their free items in Barbie Dreamhouse Tycoon only available when the game is paid access and they got unobtainable after the game are free!
Gamefam are so lazy. Just like Mojang and Roblox.

I got some of the spongebob limiteds and i noticed that there were more and i was like huh? I think i seen more of the jellyfish catcher. I might be misremembering but thats what i remember. Pretty strange what theyre doing tbh

Kind of like Big Games breaking TOS and Roblox turning a blind eye to it with the NFTs in Pet Sim X. I guess if they’re making big bucks for Roblox it’s ok to ignore such blatant disregard to the rules! SMH!
