Nicely done, however, I would have to add beachwear, a couple more outfits for evening, shorts, and another pair of shoes for evening.

Okay, you got your makeup, toiletries, some shirts and a sweater. Maybe this is just your carryon bag?
For Alaska, in your main luggage, you will want a rain jacket, a warm layer jacket, waterproof walking shoes, plus some nice dress clothes/shoes for dinner, extra underwear, and maybe a swimsuit if you want to soak in the hot tubs.

I went to a cruise with a backpack only, did it once for a 3 or 4 day cruise

Is rolling things up really better than folding for wrinkles…NO iron and NO steamer allowed on cruises…..

I would think this is Carry on only, with the majority of clothing and other accessories would be in another luggage case

Absolutely no rolling clothes. You are not saving any space there. And that is packing for a carry on only

Yep and seems to be no smart clothing for evenings. And video way too fast. Slow motion please. And finally if that's the way you pack for a cruise, doesn't look like much fun to me. May as well stay at home.
