I tried an Erythritol with Stevia blend by splenda, but later on, I could not stop coughing, got me sick, and even felt a tiny bit nauseous. - could it be the brand? Or should I try Allulose instead?

I think Monk Fruit with Erythritol is the most natural and safest of them all.

Monk fruit contains erythratol which they say is causing heart problems. Stevia, leaves a three hour bitter after taste. Which one do you use Dr?
